Master Suite 1

This suite is on the main level right off the kitchen but still very private from the main living area. There is a queen bed and 2 large windows in the room. There’s a large walk-in closet large enough for a pack-and-play to sleep a little one. The attached bathroom has a double-sink and walk-in shower.

Master Suite 2

This suite is on the downstairs level and offers nice privacy apart from the main living area upstairs. This room has a king bed and a small sitting area with a TV. The bathroom has a shower/tub combination. A closet and dresser provide plenty of storage for your clothes.

Living Room

The cozy living area has plenty of seating options including the bar stools for the kitchen bar and the cushioned window seat perfect for curling up with a good book.

The cathedral ceilings and extra windows are unique to end units like ours and make the living area feel extra spacious.

Turn on the gas fireplace with a push of a button to warm up the room. 40 inch HD TV is a perfect size for this room and can be easily seen from the kitchen, dining, and living room.

Dining Room

The dining room is a perfect place to gather for meals, card games, puzzles, and more. You can easily fit your group of 8 or more at this table with wrap around booth seating. The views of Emerald mountain out the window aren’t so bad either!

Kitchen

With high-end appliances, lots of light, and plenty of counter space, the full-stocked kitchen will get the job done for the chef in your group. The large fridge and pantry will give you plenty of room to store the food for your entire trip. The wine rack and quality Ninja coffee maker will keep up your beverage game for your Steamboat stay.

Queen Bedroom

This upstairs bedroom has a queen bed. There’s plenty of room for clothes with a dresser and closet. There’s also a small work desk in this room right next to the large window. This room is right next to the bunk room so it’s a good option for parents who want to keep an eye on kids in the bunk room.

Bunk Bedroom

This room has a full bed and single beds large enough for adults but is also a great room for the kids. There are 5 beds total – 3 singles, 1 double, and 1 single pull-out trundle bed under a bunk. This room also has a dresser and closet for storage.

Upstairs Loft

The HD TV and huge sectional sofa make the loft a great place to watch a movie after a day on the slopes. The Queen Bedroom and Bunk Bedroom bathroom share the bathroom in the loft which has a single sink and shower/tub combination. The washer and dryer are also in the loft. The high ceiling makes this room feel extra roomy.

Deck

Whether it’s summer or winter, you’ll love taking advantage of the large deck right off the living room. There’s comfy chairs and a small table to eat a meal. In the summer, we love sitting out on the deck late and looking at the stars. In winter, it’s amazing to soak up some afternoon sun. There’s also a gas grill out on the deck.

Garage & Entry

The garage is a two-car garage but it will be tight fitting two cars if one is a large SUV or truck. Two small cars will fit easily. The garage is heated so it’s a great place to store your snow gear to get it dry and warm for the next day. We’ve provided plenty of hooks for your gear and racks for skiis and snowboards. There’s also a work table in case you need to make some last second tweaks to your skis or snowboard.
